About Novaspex 

Our Founder, Amanda Byanski, started Novaspex to bring like-minded consulting professionals together as a way to refocus on what matters - truly driving business outcomes for our clients. With decades of experience leading large scale business transformation both as a strategy consultant and as a senior leader in industry, she realized the best experiences occurred when she was working in highly collaborative teams, who together were focused on creating real results.  When the collective energy  was on driving outcomes, great things always happened. 

At Novaspex, we are committed to embedding this way of working into our company and with our clients. We want to build a pragmatic, grounded and collaborative network to support organizations who want to drive change for their future.  

Beyond a keen desire to drive great outcomes, we have a common fundamental desire to help others improve, whether that is asking the right questions that help unlock a solution or new idea, mentoring new colleagues, coaching someone going through massive change, or introducing fresh perspectives emerging in the market.  We also believe that you can drive amazing business results without high levels of the politics and ego that often erode an organization’s ability to make smart decisions, drive large scale initiatives, and help their teams adapt and evolve to change.

Working smarter, not harder

At Novaspex, we believe that the future of work is changing.  When we shift to focusing on prioritizing outcomes rather than filling time with work for the sake of work, we have found that we can actually accomplish a lot more in less time.

We have implemented a 4-day work week. We will never support clients for more than four days a week.  We reserve one day a week for the individual, to pursue what matters most to them, whether that’s more time with family, personal development, or hobbies.

The clients we work with may not have gone as far as implementing the 4-day work week, but they share the mindset that outcomes are more important than hours worked.
