Our pilot skill experiences are practical and reflective, designed to help you build core human skills in a supportive small-group setting. You will learn from live, interactive sessions and walk away with tools and templates you can apply immediately in your work. The learning does not end there. We will follow up after the live sessions with continued prompts, check-ins, and support to help you apply, grow and embed these skills over time.

Receive a welcome email shortly after with logistics and Google Meet links
About one week before the first session you will receive light warm-up pre-work
Join the live sessions and bring your real work challenges
Continue exploring and embedding skills with the tools and prompts provided after the course
