Pilots in Practice
Our first pilot cohorts in 2026 explored Big Picture Thinking, Decision Making, and Mastering Empathetic Techniques in small, live groups.
Those early cohorts are now complete.
Participant feedback directly shaped the tools, pacing, and embedding journey that now define our regular course offerings.
The Pilot Lab continues that spirit of thoughtful experimentation… building carefully before scaling.
