Amanda has spent over 20 years helping global organizations turn strategy into action, building alignment, capability, and confidence at every level. She founded Novaspex to make strategy execution more human and launched the Novaspex Academy to help professionals build the foundational skills that make change possible. Her facilitation style blends structure and genuine curiosity, helping participants connect ideas to their own experience in a meaningful way.

Amanda hosts our Big Picture Thinking courses, and is busy developing other new programs to bring it our learners.

Conni brings over 15 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving complex initiatives across industries and geographies. Known for her curiosity and people-first leadership, she empowers others to achieve ambitious goals - even when they seem out of reach. Certified in agile and design thinking, Conni blends analytical rigor with a collaborative, practical approach. Colleagues value her ability to connect ideas, foster trust, and create environments where teams thrive and deliver meaningful results. 

Conni facilitates our Decision Making courses, and is currently researching content for new course pilots.

Philippe combines a background in IT and business informatics with a deep interest in how people work and change. At Novaspex he sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and learning design, turning complex ideas into practical tools teams can use right away. Known for his calm, candid style and sharp judgment, he cuts through noise, challenges assumptions constructively, and creates the psychological safety needed for honest conversations and real progress.
