Conni brings over 15 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving complex initiatives across industries and geographies. Known for her curiosity and people-first leadership, she empowers others to achieve ambitious goals - even when they seem out of reach. Certified in agile and design thinking, Conni blends analytical rigor with a collaborative, practical approach. Philippe combines a background in IT and business informatics with a deep interest in how people work and change. At Novaspex he sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and learning design, turning complex ideas into practical tools teams can use right away. Known for his calm, candid style and sharp judgment, he cuts through noise, challenges assumptions constructively, and creates the psychological safety needed for honest conversations and real progress.
