Decision Making (Starts Aug 25th)
A training program for professionals who want clarity, confidence, and real impact
In today’s increasingly complex and interconnected world, making good decisions isn’t just a skill, it’s a strategic advantage. Yet with so many layers to navigate in a corporate setting, decision making can quickly become overwhelming, unaligned, or simply unclear. And few things are more frustrating than not knowing how a decision will be made or who is supposed to make it.
This training course helps you cut through that complexity. During this interactive program, you will explore decision making in a corporate setting:
Decision-making frameworks that bring structure to complexity
Common biases and how they quietly influence our choices
Practical methods to support sound, transparent decision making
Facilitation techniques for guiding conversations toward clarity
Tools to turn discussion into actual progress
Whether you lead a team, support strategic initiatives, or simply want to navigate workplace complexity with more confidence, this course equips you with the mindset and methods to make decisions that move things forward.
Make decisions with clarity.
Make decisions with confidence.
Make decisions that matter.

The full journey
Every Novaspex Academy course is more than its live sessions. You get:
3–4 live, interactive sessions on Google Meet
A small cohort, usually around 6–8 people
Practical tools and templates you can reuse on your own work
A structured 8-week embedding journey after the sessions, with weekly nudges and prompts that make the learning stick
Direct access to your facilitator throughout
(After booking a place in the course, you will receive more details about logistics and what to expect during the live sessions. This course runs with a minimum of 4 participants to keep the small-group format intact. If we don't reach that number, you'll be offered a full refund or a place in the next scheduled cohort, your choice.)
