Amanda Byanski is the founder of the Novaspex Academy and facilitates Big Picture Thinking and Mastering Empathetic Techniques. She works with professionals and leadership teams navigating complexity, transformation, and organizational change.
Conni Hengstermann facilitates Decision Making and Clear, Simple Communications. Known for blending analytical rigor with a collaborative, practical approach, she brings structure to how people think through decisions in high-stakes, uncertain environments.
